Abstract: children and teenagers are the future of the country and society, undertaking the mission of inheriting and promoting Wushu. In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the martial arts education of young children. The state vigorously promotes martial arts into the campus, but the current situation of martial arts teaching in schools is not optimistic. Students do not love to learn, do not want to learn, so that the effect of martial arts practice is poor. This problem has been restricting the spread of martial arts among students. In the field of education and teaching, the attention to motivation design is constantly on the rise. ARCS Motivation design model is a more influential theory in motivation design. The theory was proposed by Keller and named by the initials of four elements: attention, relevance, confidence and satisfaction, The process can be explained as that on the basis of arousing the students' attention, the students can establish a certain connection with the knowledge they have learned, so as to build confidence in the appropriate task to achieve a certain satisfaction. This paper takes the application of ARCS Motivation Design Mode in junior high school Wushu routine teaching as the research object, uses the methods of literature, questionnaire survey, teaching experiment, mathematical statistics, literature and so on, and makes a 10 week experimental research on Wushu Teaching of Grade 7 students in Pingyin No.2 Middle SchoolSpanish
